SmartTherapy® Hock Ice Boots

The SmartTherapy® Hock Ice Boots deliver cooling support to hard-working joints. Ideal for performance horses or horses in rehabilitation, icing therapy may reduce inflammation and aid in recovery after exercise or injury. The hock boots feature gel ice pockets held in place by mesh, allowing them to effectively mold to your horse’s leg structure and provide even pressure. Breathable neoprene outer has foil lining to help keep wraps colder for longer and secures with three Velcro-closure elastic straps.

For best results, freeze ice packs for at least 7 hours prior to use. Please note, these boots do not freeze fully solid to allow for contouring around the horse’s leg. Horses should not be left unattended while icing. Made using non-toxic, human food grade gel.
